Our fruity blend of Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneika olives has a deep, clean, extra virgin taste. Grown and milled on the Lodi wine region of California it was cold pressed within hours of harvest producing a uniquely fresh and fragrant oil.  Ideal complement for all salads, pastas, chicken and fish dishes or as a great dip.
